Fun in the sun with Fitness Together!

What a blast! I have just returned home last night from a wonderful break away in the Algarve - there were 24 of us from classes, it has been a fab break! Lots of relaxing, laughter and sunshine, just what the doctor ordered!

Lovely company, lush spa treatments, shopping, sightseeing and fun - what more could you ask for!

We were also incredibly blessed with super hot sunshine every day.

Thank you to everyone for such a wonderful break, I have enjoyed every minute!

Keep your eyes peeled over the coming weeks as I shall be writing to everyone with regards to our 2018 trip away, remember that you don't have to be a class member to come along, it is the perfect mother / daughter / friend  break too!

Back to reality now with my holiday washing!
